John E. Wieber has been practicing law in St. Johns, Michigan, since 1979.  He has been part of the local community since birth, having grown up on a family farm in Pewamo.  John graduated from Michigan State University in 1972 and worked as a trust officer with American Bank and Trust for six years.  John graduated from Cooley Law School in 1978 and began practicing law in St. Johns shortly after.  John has received and maintained his Certificate of Completion for ICLE's Probate and Estate Planning Program. 

He has three daughters who attended St. Johns schools, and resides in rural Clinton County with his wife, Cheryl.  He is a parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of St. Johns, the St. Johns Community Foundation, the Clinton County Arts Council and the Clinton County Economic Alliance.  He has served on the Planned Giving Committee of Clinton Memorial Hospital, the St. Johns Foundation for Excellence, the St. Johns Soccer Club, and the St. Joseph's Education Commission.

John has received the highest "AV Preeminent Rating" by Martindale-Hubbell for 16 years in a row.
